Rene L. Obregon

Mr. Obregon is a native of Corpus Christi who returned to the City in 2001 to practice law and raise a family with his wife, Danice.  At 37 years old, he has quickly become recognized as one of the leading litigators of catastrophic personal injury and complex commercial claims in South Texas.  In both 2009 and 2010, Mr. Obregon was named a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star, an honor given to just the top 2.5% of licensed attorneys in Texas who are age 40 and under.  His clients range from the largest Fortune 500 companies and international insurance companies to small local businesses and families in need.  He is an active author and speaker at litigation seminars throughout the state and has been a participating pro bono attorney in the Volunteer Lawyer's Project since 2001.  When away from the office, Rene is an active member of his Church, a youth sports coach and proud father of his three children Mia, Max and Marcus.
